We do not currently operate an online store, loyalty program, or ticketing system through this website, so we do not collect payment card details here. In-store purchases are handled by our point-of-sale provider and are not linked to your website activity.

We do not use your information to build advertising audiences, and we do not run a loyalty program tied to this website.

Other services that help us run the site — such as our website hosting, database, form handling, and email delivery providers — process information on our behalf.

The providers we rely on today are: Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (analytics, loaded only with consent), our website hosting and database platform (page delivery, form submissions, and email sign-ups), Google Maps (the embedded map on our contact page), and Instagram (the embedded social feed on our homepage). We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate the website and respond to your requests, and where required by law.

We do not share your personal information with breweries, distributors, or event co-hosts. If we ever co-host an event where a partner needs attendee details, we will say so clearly at the point we collect that information.

We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and then delete or de-identify it.

In practice: contact and reservation form submissions are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange with you; email sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you; analytics data is retained for up to 14 months in Google Analytics.

We are an Illinois business and follow applicable U.S. state privacy law, including the Illinois Personal Information Protection Act and the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (we do not collect biometric information through this website). Wherever you live, you can email us to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 45 days and will not charge you or treat you differently for making a request.
